A contingent of 20 rooms has been reserved until 4 September 2026. Participants may access the preferential rates using the conference booking reference. The booking code and instructions for its use will be provided by email after registration. A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. The hotel is 5-minute walking distance to the venue.

A contingent of 30 rooms has been reserved until 8 January 2027. Participants may access the preferential rates by booking via email: info@hotelovest.it. The booking code and instructions for its use will be provided by email after registration. Free cancellation is possible until 18:00 on the day before arrival. Payment is due at departure. The hotel is 30 minute distance by public transport from the venue.
